Change Management

Change Management is performed by the Project Manager, but the changes proposed are subject to approval by the Project Sponsor

Change approval or rejection is carried out by the Project Sponsor. The Project Manager gives the most suitable information about the changes to help the Project Sponsor make the best decision.
