The Project Manager directs and manages the execution and control of the Project Management Plan, making sure that the necessary quality level is attained.

To Execute the Project Management Plan the Project Manager has to:

• Acquire the Project Team
  
• Execute the Procurement Plan
• Ensure the development of the Deliverables

To Control the Execution the Project Manager has to:

• Elaborate the Project State Report including the Schedule Performance Index and the Cost Performance Index
• Collect the Change Request
• Identify Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions
