Schedule Performance Index


Schedule Performance Index (SPI) is a measure of schedule efficiency on a project

SPI is favorable when it is greater than one.

SPI is a ratio of Earned Value Management

SPI=EV/PV


EV is the Earned Value and PV is the Planned Value
